Pricing, Billing & Transaction Model
Usage-based pricing
API usage is deducted from a prepaid credit balance. One US dollar purchases one credit. A card processing fee of 4.4% plus $0.30 (covering the international card assessment) is shown separately and added to credit purchase totals.
Localized processing
Card payments and recurring subscription charges are securely processed by Stripe. The final currency, amount, and applicable taxes are disclosed before payment is confirmed.
Taxes
Prices are quoted exclusive of tax where applicable. Sales tax or VAT is calculated and added transparently at checkout based on the customer's jurisdiction.
Fulfillment
Delivery Policy for Digital Goods & APIs
Because TamgaStudio provides digital software infrastructure and API access tokens, purchased services and credits are provisioned immediately in real time after successful payment confirmation.
Customers receive API keys and dashboard access through their user portal, with automated confirmation by email, immediately after the transaction is completed. No physical shipping or delivery is involved.
Customer protection
Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy
Consumed API credits are generally non-refundable. Unused purchases, subscription payments, duplicate charges, technical failures, and unauthorized payments are handled under our dedicated Refund and Cancellation Policy, subject to applicable consumer law.
Exceptions and refunds
- Requests involving documented duplicate billing, technical system failures that prevented service access, or fraudulent transactions are reviewed case by case.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Subscription cancellations
Customers with recurring plans may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal in their account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

TamgaStudio follows international data privacy standards and protects customer metadata, API payloads, and authentication tokens in transit using modern TLS/SSL encryption protocols.
Payment security
Sensitive payment card data is securely processed by Stripe. Tamga LLC does not collect or store raw credit card credentials on its servers.
